RETURNS / EXCHANGE

We do not offer returns or exchange unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at enquiries@demoda.in  with a picture attachment of the incorrect or damaged product. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hrs if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, don’t forget to mail us with an attachment of the product picture you have received ,so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUND

If you would like to apply for a refund considering the reasons mentioned above, please do mention the reason for applying for the same, when you mail us if you would like to opt for a refund or an exchange.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. (7 working days )

PAYMENT POLICY

We currently do not offer COD (cash on delivery)

We accept all online payment methods or digital payments

Payment from our online portal is very simple , easy and safe.

Once you are in the payment gateway page, kindly ensure to process the payment within 5 mins. The items will not return to stock rather it will be in your cart.
